Our Company was founded in 2013 by a team of experienced healthcare professionals and management consultants (with recruitment experience).

Our motivation is driven by the “observed trade off between the desire to control cost by providers through flexible employment offerings, and the provisioning of effective care”. Trade-off due to difficulties in accessing highly-skilled & qualified professionals who more often than not are in full-time employment with the competitor.

We work with people of all ages whether due to old age, illness, disability or infirmity. we work with people and can help with complex conditions such as learning disabilities or dementia, as well as supporting people who just need a little bit of extra help around the house.
